Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are generally final. However, I want every client to feel confident working with me. Here's how I handle refunds:
Project Cancellation
If you cancel before work has begun, you will receive a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions as outlined at the time of purchase. Additional revisions may be requested at an hourly rate.
Completed Work
No refunds will be issued once a project has been delivered and approved.
