1. Services Sarra Digital provides website design, business planning, break-even analysis, project management, data research, and personal assistant services to small business owners. All services are delivered remotely.
2. Payment Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Prices are listed on the Pricing Plans page and are subject to change with notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.
3. Project Timelines Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. Timelines may be affected by delays in client communication or feedback. Sarra Digital is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
4. Revisions Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Requests beyond the included revisions will be billed at an hourly rate agreed upon in advance and provided in your project agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may affect the delivery timeline.
6. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Sarra Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Confidentiality All client information shared during the course of a project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability Sarra Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or materials. Sarra Digital's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
